Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellation by the Student
a.Before Course Commencement:
Full Refund: If you cancel your enrollment 2 days or more before the course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus any administrative charges (if applicable).
b. After Course Commencement:
Once a course has started, no refund will be issued if you decide to cancel or withdraw from the course for any reason. This applies to all offline and online courses, regardless of the portion of the course completed.
2.Cancellation by Excelskillshub
Excelskillshub reserves the right to cancel any course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational reasons. In such cases:
You will be notified in advance of any cancellation.
You will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee or the option to transfer to another batch or course.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of notification.
3.Course Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your course, requests must be made in writing at least 2 days prior to the start date. Rescheduling is subject to course availability, and additional fees may apply.
Excelskillshub reserves the right to reschedule courses. In the event of rescheduling, you will be given the option to attend the course on the new dates or request a full refund.
4.How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel your course enrollment, please send an email to [your email] with your name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
5.Non-refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as registration or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of enrollment.
6.Special Cases
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, we may consider providing a partial refund or course transfer at our discretion. Proof of the situation must be provided.
