Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ExcelSkillsHub, we are committed to providing high-quality training and ensuring a smooth learning experience for all our students. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1.Cancellation by the Student
a.Before Course Commencement:
Students may cancel their enrollment at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start date to receive a full refund of the course fee, excluding any applicable registration or administrative charges (if any).
b. After Course Commencement:
Once the first class has been attended, course access has been granted, or study materials have been shared (whichever occurs first), the course fee becomes non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued if a student chooses to cancel, withdraw, or discontinue the course after it has commenced. This policy applies to both online and offline courses.
2.Cancellation by Excelskillshub
ExcelSkillsHub reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or operational requirements.
In such cases:
- Students will be notified as early as possible.
- Students may choose either:
- A full refund of the course fee, or
- Transfer to another available batch or course.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3.Course Rescheduling
Students wishing to reschedule their enrollment must submit a written request via email at least 48 hours before the course start date.
Course rescheduling is subject to seat availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
If ExcelSkillsHub reschedules a course, enrolled students may either attend the course on the revised dates or request a full refund.
4.How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please send an email to excelskillshub@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Course Name
- Enrollment/Payment Details
- Reason for Cancellation
Cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed, and approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5.Non-refundable Fees
Any registration fees, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, or other non-refundable fees (if applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment and may be deducted from the refundable amount.
6.Special Cases
In exceptional situations, such as a medical emergency or other genuine unforeseen circumstances, ExcelSkillsHub may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund or a one-time course transfer. Supporting documentation may be required.
